It is BERRADE’s policy to supply, at all times and to all clients, products and services that are free from defects, delivered within the agreed timeframes and aligned with environmental protection principles.
Teamwork is essential to the company’s success. Accordingly, this policy applies to all relationships with all interested parties, without distinction.
In order to meet stakeholder requirements, comply with sector-specific regulations, environmental legislation and Occupational Health and Safety regulations, BERRADE implements an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken.

BERRADE is committed to environmental protection and pollution prevention, the sustainable use of resources, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. It deploys all available means to ensure that its activities do not pose a risk in relation to climate change.
The entire BERRADE team, including its shareholders, is committed to maintaining the IMS as a living, documented system, continuously improving its effectiveness in order to:
- Exceed the expectations of clients, employees and shareholders
- Achieve profitability
- Demonstrate the organisation’s capability to deliver innovative products and services aligned with environmental protection
- Promote continuous improvement by reviewing performance and actions to enhance results and effectiveness, from both quality and environmental perspectives
Each employee is responsible for their own work from all relevant perspectives (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, etc.). To support this responsibility, regular meetings are held and appropriate training is provided to each professional.
The BERRADE team establishes Quality and Environmental Objectives, which are monitored during IMS Review and Status meetings.
Management establishes the necessary measures to ensure that this statement is communicated to all areas of the company and to all interested parties, and that it is understood, implemented, reviewed and kept up to date.
